SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery to UK residents only

All of our parcels are sent out 1st class recorded delivery. Once the parcel has been shipped you will recieve an email with your tracking number.

This service is not a guaranteed nexy day service so we would encourage you to wait at least 3 days from the date of your order before contacting us (Please see contact us details) to check where the parcel is.

We will endeavour to post your goods out the same day they are ordered provided that they are ordered before 15.00 but please allow for busy periods slowing the process down slightly.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange service online, however, we would be able to arrange an exchange in store.

REFUNDS

Q . I´ve sent an item(s) back for refund, how soon will my card be credited?

A . Returned items will be processed/checked in within 5 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer. As soon as your refund is issued back to your card you will receive an automatic email confirming this. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer. If the goods were paid using Paypal or SecPay etc. The refund process is up to 5 days but will show immediately in your account.

Q . I want to return an item for exchange/refund but I can´t send it back within the 28 day returns period.

A . If you are unable to return an item within the 28 day returns period please email info@yourmohair.com Include your Invoice Number or Order Number, name, email and contact telephone number and a brief note explaining your circumstances and when you will be able to return the goods to us. We will be as accommodating as possible but please keep us informed of the status of the order.
NB: REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS OF YOUR CARD BEING DEBITED.

Q . Where´s my order (standard delivery £3.00) it hasn´t arrived yet?

A . All of our orders are sent via 1st class delivery and will arrive within 2 3 days. You may request next day delivery registered, however this would be charged at £6.00. If you require this service please ensure to select at checkout. If you have not received your order or a card, please email info@yourmohair.com stating the billing contact (name and address), Cart ID or Transaction ID and date the order was placed.
We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Q . How do I cancel the order I have just made?

A . Send us an email to info@yourmohair.com stating your name and the time you ordered, plus any order details you may have been emailed.
Please state why you would like to cancel the order.
You will be sent an ´Acknowledgement´ email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) confirming that your order will be cancelled.
Your card will be refunded for the full order amount. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.
Please note; If the item has been sent before the cancellation is sent then the buyer assumes responsibility for return and only the cost of the goods minus postage will be returned.

Q . I experienced problems when I ordered and I don’t know if my order went through.

A . Send us an email to info@yourmohair.com stating your name and the time you ordered, plus any order details you may have been emailed. We will reply to your email within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
